Making the 10 minutes dough

  1. Mix 2 cups of flour with yeast, sugar, water and powdered milk
  2. Leave them for 10 minutes until they double in size
  3. Add the rest of the flour, a pinch of salt and oil, and knead well until we get a soft and smooth dough.
  4. Leave it for 90 minutes to ferment.
  5. Cut 9 or 10 pieces of dough of equal sizes.
  6. Spread the dough evenly into a circle and spread butter between each layer, and repeat the process until the quantity is finished.
  7. Cut into triangle shapes (watch video for technique)
  8. Add turkey & cheese inside the dough and roll it to shape a croissant (watch video for technique)
  9. Cut other into longitudinal shapes to fill it with chocolate and roll.
  10. Leave the prepared croissants for another 30 minutes to ferment (cover with a towel).
  11. Brush the croissants with egg wash and the sweet ones we can add some almonds on the top
  12. Bake at 180 C degrees for 15 minutes
