  1. In a bowl , mix yogurt with vinegar , salt and cumin.
  2. In a pan, add olive oil, chopped dill, parsley, coriander and mint.
  3. Add slices of dried pepper and spicy green pepper.
  4. Season with coriander seed or crushed coriander ,dried or crushed mint leaves or both ,paprika and cumin.
  5. Add the cooked mix in the pan to the yogurt plate.
