Add 1/2 cup of sugar to the peeled and diced pumpkins , and leave them for half an hour.

On heat , let the pumpkin cook , then add vanilla.

Smash it with a fork and add coconut , cinnamon and mix them well.

Put the pumpkin in the containers that will enter the oven as a first layer.
Béchamel

In a pot, add butter and flour. Mix them well.

Add the sugar syrup strained from cooking the pumpkin and mix.

Add the 1.5 cup of milk gradually and mix .

Add 2 tablespoons of clotted cream and vanilla .

Add the béchamel on top of the pumpkin in the containers as a second layer.

Put it in the oven on 180 degrees and let it bake till it get a color.
