Wash the sweet potatoes and then put in the oven till it is baked.
In a pot full of water , boil the condensed milk can for 3 to 4 hours on medium to low heat.( Add water whenever the water evaporates ,so that the water always cover the can while boiling it ).
When the sweet potato is done, mash it and put it in the serving plate as a first layer.
When the can cools down , and the condensed milk turns into dulce de leche , add it as a second layer.
Add a scoop of your favorite ice cream.
Add salted caramel and you favorite nuts on top of it .
