Alexandrian Sausage with Salsa

Remove the skin from the sausages. It will be easier to remove it if you freeze the sausages first.

Slice the sausages. On medium heat add some oil in a pan, cook the sausages for 1 minute on both sides. Take the sausages out of the pan.

In the same pan, add sliced green chili peppers, garlic, tomato paste and mix well. Add the tomato juice until you start smelling the garlic.

Now add the sausages, salt, pepper & sugar. Cover and cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.

Serving suggestion: Eat in a Baladi bread sandwich with potato cubes.
