Prepare the drumsticks to form "lollipop" form - watch video for technique
Make some openings in the chicken using a knife.
Empty chunky packet on 2 bowls. Add water to one bowl and leave the other as is..
Dip the drumsticks in the dry mixture then the wet mixture then back in the dry mixture.
Deep fry the chicken lollipops and enjoy.
