Pasta with Red Bell Pepper Sauce

Instructions
In an over tray, add parchment paper then the bell peppers and onion and season with sage, salt & pepper. Add olive oil and mix well.
Roast in the oven until tender. Then put in a bowl and cover for easy peeling.
Peel the peppers then add to blender with the roasted onions. Add fresh basil, roasted almond, minced garlic and pasta water. Add salt and blend.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water (do not add oil).
Add the blended sauce to the cooked pasta and mix.
Marinade chicken with the BBQ blend spices and olive oil. Cook on high heat on all sides to make sure its juicy.
Slice the chicken and add to the pasta. Add buffalo mozzarella cheese and fresh basil and enjoy.
