Instructions

  1. Peel & chop potatoes then cook in boiling water (with salt).
  2. Mash the potatoes, add egg, chopped pastrami and green bell pepper then season with salt & pepper. Add cornstarch and stir well.
  3. Put in a plastic bag and make a small opening at the tip. Press on the bag and cut the potatoes with scissors. Deep fry on medium heat until golden.
