Potato Seasoning
Instructions
Wash potatoes very well then cut like in video
In boiling water, add salt then the potatoes and leave it for 5 minutes
In a bowl, prepare the batter by mixing flour with the spices then adding water and mix very well
Dip potatoes in the mix then into the oil until crispy
Add all potato seasoning ingredients to the wedges (same quantities except for salt)
