Easy White Sauce Pasta

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta
  2. Melt butter and add garlic
  3. Whisk in milk & cream
  4. Add the cheese and season with salt & pepper
  5. Leave the sauce to thicken
    If you are not using cheese, thicken the sauce with 1 tsp of flour dissolved in 1 tbsp of warm milk and add to the sauce
  6. Add pasta to the sauce and enjoy :)
