Instructions
Boil the Potatoes

Peel potatoes, cut into big chunks and boil them until fully cooked
Add salt to the boiling water -
Remove water from pan, and stir the potatoes to make sure there is no water residue

Mash the potatoes, add the spices (salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder & paprika) then make them into balls using your hand

Put the potatoe balls in the fridge to chill
Prepare the Breading

Prepare 3 bowls; whisked egg, breadcrumbs with salt & pepper, and flour

Dip the potato balls in each bowl; flour then egg then panko breadcrumbs

Put in the freezer for a while
Frying

Deep fry the potato balls until gold
Thousand Island Sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients together; mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, onion & pickles
