  1. Put the citrus juice, ginger, turmeric, olive oil, black seed, honey, and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. You can add carrot juice or any type of berries as desired. Place the mixture in small cups and store in the refrigerator for up to four days. Drink it on an empty stomach twenty minutes before breakfast, then wait half an hour before eating breakfast.
