Picnic Dips
Description
Prepare three types of dips perfect for seaside trips. First: Bramili cheese mixed with tomato and mint. Second: Roasted pepper with cream cheese. Third: Labneh with olive oil and za'atar.
Serve with baladi bread or crackers as desired. Perfect for picnics and summer gatherings.

Prepare first dip: Mix white cheese low salt, baramili cheese, and a bit of tomato, then blend the mixture in a food processor. Top with some dried mint, oil, and small tomato pieces.
Prepare second dip: Roast the sweet green bell pepper over fire until it wilts slightly and takes on a good color. Blend it alone in the food processor, then add any cream cheese you prefer and avoid overdoing it. Garnish with paprika and mint as desired.
Prepare third and last dip: Mix labneh with olive oil, black olives, and a little salt. Serve with za'atar, olives, and olive oil.
For serving: Choose toasted baladi bread, carrots, and any crackers you prefer. Serve everything.
