Description
Creamy and delicious ice cream that can be made at home without an ice cream maker. It combines cookies and brownies in a wonderful mix.
It is prepared by whipping cream with vanilla, then adding cream powder and sweetened condensed milk, and stirring well.
Add chopped cookies and brownies, mix, then place in the freezer until firm. Serve with chocolate sauce if desired.

Whip the cream with vanilla using a mixer until stiff.
Add cream powder and sweetened condensed milk to the mixture and whip well.
Place an extra layer of cookies and brownies on top.
Put the mixture in the freezer for several hours until firm. (It is better to leave it overnight)
