Description

This is an easy and quick recipe for oven-baked meat with vegetables and cheese. The meat marinade is rich in flavor thanks to turmeric, honey, and sauce, and is served with a mix of onions, carrots, and garlic.

After the meat is cooked, add mini buffalo mozzarella pieces and return to the oven until the cheese melts. Garnish with nuts roasted in butter for a wonderful crunch.

  1. Place the onions, carrots, and garlic in the baking dish. Add salt, pepper, BBQ seasoning, honey, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and hibiscus drink. Mix well.
  2. Add the meat pieces to the mixture and toss to coat with the marinade. You can sear the meat first or leave it as is.
  3. Cover the dish with parchment paper and place in the oven. Leave for about two and a half hours or more until the meat is fully cooked.
  4. Remove the dish from the oven. Add the mozzarella pieces and spread over the top.
  5. Return the dish to the oven without cover for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Garnish with almonds and raisins roasted in butter. Serve hot.

For best results, use high-quality beef and do not overcook the vegetables.
