Potatoes Gratin
Description
Creamy potatoes gratin recipe with rich cheese sauce. Prepared with sliced baked potatoes with milk, cream, and melted cheese sauce.

Sauce
In a bowl, mix milk with cooking cream.
Melt the butter in a pot over heat, then add the flour and stir.
Gradually add the milk and cream mixture while stirring continuously until the consistency thickens.
Add smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and add the cheese mixture, stirring until melted.
Assembly
Spread a layer of sauce in an oven dish. Arrange potato slices on top, then season with salt and pepper. Cover with another layer of sauce. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of sauce on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Baking
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45-60 minutes until potatoes are cooked. Then broil the top for an additional 10 minutes.
