Description
This is a recipe for stuffed pizza bread with cheese and sausage, ready in 10 minutes in the oven. Perfect for suhoor or Ramadan breakfast or a quick meal.

First Idea
In a bowl, mix eggs with black pepper, salt, and milk, and beat well.
Add fresh thyme, green pepper, chopped tomato, cheese, and grilled mixed peppers.
Sprinkle a little of the filling over the mixture.
Place the mixture in a greased pan and put it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes until done.
Second Idea
Take the sujuk out of the bag and cook it over high heat like minced meat.
When it is done, add the chopped red onion and stir with the sujuk until it browns.
Add a pinch of sumac and let it cool slightly.
In another pan, mix eggs with black pepper, salt, smoked paprika, and milk. Use butter cooking spray to grease the pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, then spread the sujuk and onion mixture over it, then add cheddar cheese. Sprinkle a little butter on top and cook in the oven as in the first recipe.
After cooking, cut the frittata into serving-size pieces, then cover and place in the freezer. When using, take out of the freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes to thaw before reheating in the microwave.
