Description
Creamy taro soup with vegetables and herbs is a popular traditional dish in Egyptian cuisine. It is characterized by its smooth texture and rich flavor of herbs such as chard, coriander, and parsley.

Instructions
Wash the taro well with hot water several times, then soak overnight or until the other ingredients are ready.
Remove the stem from the center of the chard, as well as from the coriander and dill.
Place the broth and herbs in a pot, then add the taro and cook over heat until the taro is tender, in less than a quarter of an hour.
In a pan, place the ghee, then add the chard (with stems removed) and chopped garlic slices.
Stir the ingredients slowly to prevent burning. Mash the chard and garlic after browning.
Add the ta'lia mixture to the taro soup. Serve hot.
