Crispy Honey Butter Croissant Toast with Salted Caramel

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. In a small bowl, mix the softened butter & brown sugar together until smooth.
  3. Add in honey & salt and mix well.
  4. Spread the butter generously on all sides of the croissant toast slices and place them on a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then flip all the toasts and continue cooking for another 8 minutes.
  6. Transfer it to a cooling rack as soon as you take it out of the oven and let it cool and crisp up.
  7. Enjoy on its own or with your favourite toppings 😋
