Instructions
Shape the minced beef into equal sized balls.
Heat a pan/ grill and add the beef balls then smash them until thin.
Add sliced onion and pepper on the patty.
Cook on each side until 95% cooked to get the crispy caramelized edges.
When almost cooked, add burger cheese on top
Toast the burger buns on the grill.
Prepare the burger sauce.
Prepare the burger; spread the sauce then add pickles and the stacked patties.
