Instructions
In a pot, heat a mixture of butter and oil.
Sear the chicken breasts until lightly golden.
Add onion, carrot, tomato, cardamom, bay leaf, black pepper, and cloves.
Add water and simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
Season with salt and pepper at the end.
Remove the chicken and shred it into bite-sized pieces. Reserve the broth.
Toast the walnuts lightly, then grind them in a food processor.
Soak the toast in milk.
In a pan, sauté the chopped onion briefly without browning.
Add chicken broth, soaked toast, cream, bouillon cube, and ground walnuts.
Stir well, then add the sour cream.
Blend the mixture using a hand blender until smooth and creamy.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Prepare white rice using chicken broth instead of water.
Lightly sauté the shredded chicken in the same pan used to toast the walnuts to enhance flavor.
To serve, place rice in a serving dish, top with chicken, and generously spoon the walnut sauce over it.
Garnish with additional walnuts if desired.
