In a skillet, add butter and olive oil.

Add the chopped green pepper and diced tomatoes.

Cover the skillet and leave the mixture on very low heat for approximately 4-5 minutes until the vegetables soften.

In the meantime, take a small piece of Turkish sausage and slice it. Grate some cheddar cheese.

Remove the lid from the tomatoes and mash them well.

Add the sliced sausage and stir it with the tomatoes.

Add the cheese in two stages: initially, add some in the skillet, and add the remaining quantity on top later.

Add your desired quantity of eggs. Add salt and black pepper.

Mix the eggs with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle the remaining quantity of cheese on top.

Optionally, add crushed red pepper in the middle.

Cover the skillet and leave it on low heat for approximately two minutes until the cheese melts. Serve the dish immediately while hot.
