Instructions

  1. Mix All-Purpose Flour with Baking Powder and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. Sift them well.
  2. In a blender, combine Eggs, Vanilla, Sugar, Butter, Oil, and Milk. Blend these ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add hot Espresso Coffee to the cake mixture. Then, add the Vinegar.
  4. If desired, add some Chocolate Chips or Dark Chocolate pieces to the batter.
  5. Pour the cake batter into a prepared baking pan.
  6. Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C. Bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Melt Butter, Milk, and Raw Chocolate or Chocolate Chips together over a double boiler (bain-marie).
  8. Once the cake is slightly warm, pour the hot sauce over it. Allow the cake to soak up the sauce.
