- Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Cover and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, onion powder, oregano, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture and knead for about 10-15 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Coat the dough with olive oil, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise.
- Preheat your oven to a high temperature .
- Divide the dough into two portions and roll out each portion on a floured surface. Poke holes in the dough using a fork to prevent bubbling.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously, and top with pepperoni slices.
- Drizzle olive oil around the edges and bake in the preheated oven.
