Marinate the chicken thighs in rayeb, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
After marination, remove the chicken thighs and pat them dry to prevent excess moisture.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken thighs until golden on each side. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, mix soy sauce, mustard, honey, brown sugar, and orange juice. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return the chicken thighs to the pan, ensuring they are coated in the sauce. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes on each side.
Serve hot with steamed rice or any side dish of your choice.
