Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Set aside.

Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente. Save some pasta water for later.

Heat butter in a pan, add minced garlic, and chili flakes if desired.

Sauté the shrimp for 2 minutes on each side until pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add more butter if needed, and sauté diced tomatoes, parsley, and spinach until softened.

Pour in the cooking cream and season with salt and pepper.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of pasta water.

Stir in Parmesan cheese for extra creaminess.

Add the cooked shrimp to the pasta and gently mix. Reserve a few shrimp for garnish.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
