- Heat a skillet on high heat, add butter, and sear the hotdogs until golden and slightly charred.
- Add salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and thyme. Continue to sauté until the spices coat the hotdogs evenly.
- Toss in the sliced onion and sauté until softened. Follow with the bell pepper and stir well.
- Pour in BBQ sauce, ketchup, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly to coat the hotdogs and vegetables with the sauce.
- Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly over the hotdog mixture, and cover the skillet. Turn off heat until the cheese melts completely.
