Loaded Chicken with Pesto Pasta

Instructions
Mix butter with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture on the chicken, including under the skin for maximum flavor.
In a food processor, blend pepper, garlic, onion, tomato, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme until smooth. Stuff the chicken with this mixture.
Wrap the chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours to let the flavors infuse.
Secure the stuffed chicken on a rotisserie or in an oven-safe pan. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 1.5 hours or until golden and cooked through.
In a pan, combine cooked pasta with 2 tbsp of pasta water and pesto sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
Slice the roasted chicken and serve it over a bed of pesto pasta. Add croutons for extra crunch.
