  2. Pulse until the mixture becomes fine and uniform.
  3. Rub the steaks generously with the rosemary salt mixture on all sides.
  4. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Heat a heavy skillet or grill pan until very hot.
  6. Place the steaks on the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust cooking time to preference).
  7. Add butter and garlic to the pan. Baste the steaks with melted butter for enhanced flavor.
