The Sandwich Version of the Viral Salmon Cucumber Salad

  1. Grate the cucumbers lengthwise for long strips.
  2. Dice the onion and smoked salmon into small cubes.
  3. Finely chop the fresh dill and jalapeño.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced ingredients with cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cut the bread into triangles and trim the crusts.
  6. Spread cream cheese on the bread slices to help the cucumbers stick.
  7. Layer the grated cucumber on top of the bread slices.
  8. Add the salmon mixture on top of the cucumber.
  9. Serve the sandwich and enjoy!
