Grilled Chicken with a delicious Marination

In a bowl, mix together the buttermilk/rayeb, mustard, regular sauce, hot sauce (optional), paprika, black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon salt, and salt.

Add olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture and stir well to combine.

Using a brush, coat the chicken well with the marinade on all sides.

In a baking dish, add a little water, rosemary, and lemon slices to keep the chicken moist during cooking.

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Place the chicken in the BBQ net, covering it with a wet parchment paper.

Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 230°C.

After 30 minutes, remove the foil and parchment paper, then brush the chicken with the remaining marinade.

Continue cooking for an additional 1 hour and 30 minutes at 190°C.

Flip the chicken over and brush it with the marinade again every 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown.
