Preparing the Base
Heat butter and vegetable oil in a skillet until melted.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened.
Stir in the crushed garlic until fragrant.
Add the rosemary and the pre-cooked chicken pieces, mixing well.
Season with black pepper, oregano, garlic powder, nutmeg, and Himalayan salt.
Pour in the cooking cream, stirring gently, and let it simmer on low heat until it begins to bubble.
Remove from heat and pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Preparing the Potatoes
Layer the potato slices evenly over the chicken and cream mixture in the baking dish.
Garnishing and Baking
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the potato layer.
Add a pinch of oregano on top.
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 60 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and the potatoes are tender.
