Prepare the Clay Pot:

Grease the bottom and sides of the clay pot with ghee.

Add the Egyptian rice evenly to the pot.
Mix the Ingredients:

In a bowl, mix clotted cream, ghee, black pepper, nutmeg, and salt with the rice in the clay pot.

Pour meat broth and milk. Stir gently to combine.
Add the Remaining Liquids:

Gradually add the rest of the milk and heavy cream, stirring gently to ensure even distribution.
Bake in the Oven:

Preheat the oven to 190°C

Place the clay pot on the top rack under the broiler for 15 minutes until the top becomes golden and slightly crispy.

Bake the rice casserole at the center of the oven for 40 minutes, allowing the rice to absorb all the liquid and cook thoroughly.
