In a bowl, add onions, carrots, bell peppers, potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well.

In another bowl, add chicken, olive oil and shish tawook spices.

Place a large piece of foil on a baking sheet then add parchment sheet.

Arrange the chicken breast and the vegetable and stir then add a rosemary stick, water and soy sauce.

Fold the foil over the chicken and vegetables, sealing the edges to create a packet.
