  1. In a bowl, add onions, carrots, bell peppers, potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well.
  2. In another bowl, add chicken, olive oil and shish tawook spices.
  3. Place a large piece of foil on a baking sheet then add parchment sheet.
  4. Arrange the chicken breast and the vegetable and stir then add a rosemary stick, water and soy sauce.
  5. Fold the foil over the chicken and vegetables, sealing the edges to create a packet.
  6. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice or your desired side dish.
