Mix lukewarm water, sugar, yeast, and olive oil in a bowl.

Gradually add flour and mix until combined.

Add a pinch of salt and mix well.

Cover the bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Repeat this process for about 2-3 hours until the dough doubles in size and develops bubbles.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).

Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and transfer the dough onto it. Let it ferment again.

Gently press the dough to spread it evenly.

Make indentations with your fingers on the surface of the dough.

Drizzle olive oil over the dough and add your choice of toppings.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
