- Flatten the chicken pieces and marinate them with onion water, lemon juice, yogurt, mustard, powdered chicken stock, rosemary, salt and pepper, and flour.
- Leave it in the marinade for at least an hour.
- Prepare two dishes: the first one with eggs, milk, and pepper, and the second dish with breadcrumbs and vegetar.
- Now add chicken pieces to the egg, then to the breadcrumbs, and press well.
- In a preheated air fryer, we will spray the chicken slices well with oil, and we will air fry them at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Then, we will air fry the other side for 3 minutes, and it is ready.
