Description

  1. Dissolve jelly in hot water and leave it aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Kiri Cheese, yogurt, whipping cream, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Use a hand blender to mix the ingredients for about 5 minutes until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix melted butter with biscuit powder to form a base.
  5. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the biscuit evenly on the tray. Add strawberry slices on top (optional).
  7. Pour the cheese mixture on top of the biscuit base and spread it evenly.
  8. Place the tray in the refrigerator and let it cool overnight.
  9. Add strawberry sauce over a slice of the dessert and serve.
