  1. In a blender, add sugar, oil and blend till mixed.
  2. Add eggs and mix again till the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add cinnamon, ground cardamom, dates, and milk to mix and blend.
  4. Blend till all the ingredients are combined.
  5. Transfer mix from the blender to a bowl, add sifted flour and baking powder.
  6. Mix all the ingredients together till we have smooth cake batter.
  7. Grease a frying pan with oil or butter.
  8. Add the cake batter into frying pan.
  9. Bake the cake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
