Cut the chicken breast partially from the middle so we can flatten it

Put the opened breast between 2 nylon sheets and pound it to flatten

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder on the flattened breast

Add the turkey slices and the cheese

Wrap in nylon and tighten the wrap strongly and twist it from both ends

Put in the freezer for 30 minutes

To make the creamy sauce , mix butter, mushroom, cream, nutmeg and italian herbs

Take the roll from the fridge and roll it in flour then eggs then bread crumps.

Fry it in medium heat oil till cooked well from inside
