For Shrimps
Instructions
In a measuring cup add water and vegetable broth powder then mix until combined.
In a frying pan add olive oil.
Add Onion and stir until translucent.
Add garlic and stir.
Add orzo and stir well until coated with olive oil.
Add zucchini and stir then season with salt and pepper.
Pour half of the broth mix and stir.
Once thick add another amount of broth and stir.
When broth is a little absorbed add the rest of the broth, baby asparagus and peas then stir well.
Add Butter and melt then add greek feta and stir.
Add parmesan and stir continuously.
In a serving plate add the orzotto and shake the bottom to even.
For Shrimps
In a frying pan add butter and melt.
Add shrimps and cook till opaque.
Add lemon juice, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.
Serve the shrimps over the orzotto.
