Instructions
On a grill add the peach until they have smoking chars.
On the shaker add the peach and grind.
Add chilli flakes, mint syrup, lemon juice and ice then shake till combined.
In a serving glass strain the mojito base, add a slice of grilled peach, ice and top up with club soda/sparkling water.
Garnish with additional slice of peach, pinch of chilli flakes and mint leaves.
