Lightly brush a grill pan with oil and add the steak.

Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Add some olive oil to the pan.

Add rosemary sprigs, black olive slices, and whole garlic cloves.

Cook steak on both sides until golden. Remove from heat.

To bake the potatoes in the oven, cross-cut the potato before placing it in the oven.

When fully cooked place it in a ramekin and stuff with some labneh, a drizzle of olive oil, and a rosemary sprig.

Transfer the steak to a serving dish, and add some sauce around.

Place the pre-made oil cubes over the steak.
