Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add the ground beef, grated onion, cumin, flour, paprika, sumac, salt, pepper, pomegranate molasses, egg, and parsley.
  2. Mix well using your hands.
  3. Shape into kofta fingers.
  4. Heat and grease the grill, add red pepper slices, green chilis, and kofta.
  5. Flip to grill on all sides until fully cooked.
  6. To prepare the tahini sauce, in a bowl, add tahini, yogurt, sumac, pomegranate molasses, minced mint, and crushed walnuts. Whisk together until fully combined.
  7. Spread some tahini sauce on a tortilla bread, add grilled red bell pepper, green chili pepper if preferred spicy, kofta fingers, and some parsley.
  8. Wrap it tightly, and it's ready to serve.
