Brush some butter between each 2 sheets of phyllo dough.

Pleat-fold every 2 sheets and roll the first 2 folded sheets into a flower shape to form the center.

Place in a butter-greased oven dish.

Roll the rest of the folded phyllo sheets around the center.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 10 minutes.
