Rice with Cream Tajin (Meammar Rice)

While heating up the oven, place the empty tagine in the oven to heat up.
Remove the tagine from the oven and butter up while hot to ease the buttering process.
Add the rinsed rice and flip with a spoon until the butter reach all the rice.
In another pot over heat, add the milk and whipping cream. After boiling, add the broth cubes and salt.
Pour the mixture over the rice.
Place the tagine in the oven, when starts to boil, turn down the heat until the the surface turns golden brown.
