Instructions
Roll out two flaky dough thinly and use a fork to prick holes in the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
In a separate bowl, mix together pastry cream and milk to make a creamy mixture.
Spread this mixture between the layers of the baked flaky dough, creating a creamy filling.
Once the layers are stacked, place a heavy object on top of the pastry and let it sit for two hours to set.
After two hours, spread apricot jam on top of the pastry and distribute evenly.
Using a piping bag to drizzle chocolate sauce over the pastry and making a decorative pattern by a toothpick.
