In a bowl, mix butter or oil or ghee with flour, sugar, yeast, sesame, anise, fennel and a pinch of salt.

Knead with warm water or warm milk and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

Roll the dough out, and then spread ajwa on it, which has a large spoon of butter on it.

Roll the dough and sprinkle sesame on the roll (optional).

Cut it into bites and leave it to rest for 20 minutes.

Bake it in the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
