Steak & Creamy Mashed Potatoes with Chimichurri Sauce

Instructions

In a pot, add water and chopped potatoes (cut into cubes). Add salt. Let it cook on medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes.

Strain the potatoes well from the water.

In a pan, add cream then rosemary and garlic. Bring to a boil then strain and set aside.

Mash the potatoes. Add butter and stir. Add the cream prepared, season with salt and mix well.

Season the fillet with salt, pepper and olive oil.

In a pan, heat olive oil then cook the fillet on both sides. Add butter on top of the meat and add garlic and rosemary in the pan for extra flavor.

To prepare the Chimichurri sauce, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
