Instructions
- Cut bread into squares, add oil or ghee and mix. Bake in the oven until crunchy.
- In a pan, add ghee, minced garlic then add tomato juice and tomato paste then season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix and let it simmer.
- Prepare the tasha
- Assemble the fatteh by adding a layer of bread then tomato salsa prepared then mulukiya, chicken and rice then top it off with a drizzle of salsa and the tasha.
