Salmon Steak with Glass Noodles and Teriyaki Sauce

Teriyaki sauce: In a pot, heat olive oil then add ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar.

Pat dry salmon with tissue.

Season salmon with salt, pepper and lime powder.

In a pan, heat oil then add butter. Add the salmon (skin side first).

Add garlic and fresh thyme.

Glass noodles: In another pan, add saute sliced carrots, celery, garlic and red chili pepper. Then add the glass noodles.

In a plate, add the cooked glass noodles, the cooked salmon steak and top it off with the teriyaki sauce.
